These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Spartan Glazing Inc (BC Incorporation Number BC1460956), referred to in this document as “Spartan Glazing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, at www.spartanglazing.ca (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. About Spartan Glazing

    Spartan Glazing Inc is a glazing company based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.

    We provide glazing-related services for projects that may include, depending on project scope and availability:

    • High-rise construction, including window wall systems and unitized curtain wall.
    • Mid-rise and commercial projects, including window wall, curtain wall, stick-built curtain wall, vinyl window systems, and canopies.
    • Low-rise and residential projects, including aluminum and vinyl windows and renovation-related glazing.
    • Custom homes and specialty projects, including minimal systems, high-end architectural glazing, and passive home solutions.

    Spartan Glazing may serve Metro Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, and other areas in British Columbia depending on project scope, availability, scheduling, and feasibility.

    2. Use of the Site

      You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

      You agree not to:

      • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, provincial, municipal, or local laws or regulations.
      • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, hosting environment, forms, accounts, or connected systems.

      You may view and download Site content for your personal, internal, or informational use only.

      You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

      The Spartan Glazing name, logo, trade names, service names, and related brand elements may not be used without permission.

        If you submit information, photos, drawings, plans, specifications, dimensions, measurements, or other project-related materials through the Site or by email, you confirm that:

        • The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
        • You have the right to submit the materials to Spartan Glazing.

        • Spartan Glazing may review, store, use, and share those materials as reasonably necessary to assess, quote, plan, perform, document, support, or follow up on the requested services.

        You remain responsible for verifying project information, measurements, conditions, approvals, and requirements unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.

        5. Quotes and estimates

          Any quote, estimate, budget range, or pricing information provided through the Site, by email, by phone, or through other communications is preliminary and for informational purposes only.

          Such information does not constitute a binding offer, contract, or guarantee of final pricing.

          Final pricing may depend on factors including:

          • On-site inspection and accurate measurement.
          • Confirmation of materials, glass type, hardware, finishes, specifications, and installation requirements.
          • Site conditions, access, safety requirements, staging, lifts, equipment, or special installation needs.
          • Required permits, strata approvals, engineering requirements, architectural requirements, municipal approvals, or third-party approvals.
          • Supplier availability, manufacturer specifications, lead times, and changes in material or labour costs.
          • A signed written agreement between you and Spartan Glazing.

          Spartan Glazing reserves the right to revise, withdraw, or decline any quote or estimate at any time before a written contract is signed.

          6. Permits, approvals, and project requirements

            Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written contract, you are responsible for obtaining any required permits, strata approvals, municipal approvals, building approvals, engineering approvals, architectural approvals, landlord permissions, or other authorizations required for your project.

            Spartan Glazing may assist with project coordination or provide information reasonably required for approvals where agreed, but responsibility for obtaining approvals remains subject to the terms of the written contract.

            Information on the Site does not constitute legal, engineering, architectural, building code, or permitting advice.

            7. Warranties and service terms

              Any workmanship warranty, service warranty, installation warranty, or project-specific warranty offered by Spartan Glazing will be set out in the written contract for the relevant project.

              Manufacturer warranties for glass, hardware, sealed units, frames, coatings, accessories, or other materials are governed by the applicable manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

              Unless expressly stated in a written contract, the Site does not create or extend any warranty, guarantee, representation, or condition regarding services, materials, timelines, suitability, performance, or results.

              Warranties, where applicable, may not cover damage or issues caused by misuse, accidents, third-party work, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, extreme weather, building movement, structural conditions, pre-existing defects, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.

              8. Site content provided “as is”

                The information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only.

                While we make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the Site or its content is accurate, complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for any specific purpose.

                    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spartan Glazing, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or anticipated savings, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
